These terms are an agreement between you and Digiqulus Technologies ("we", "us") for using the mGames app and website (together, "mGames"). By installing or using mGames, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use mGames.

1. Who can use mGames

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms for you.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google, Google Play Games or Apple, or play as a guest. Keep access to your sign-in account secure; you are responsible for what happens on your mGames account.
Guest accounts are stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or change phones.
Pick a display name that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's. We may change names that break these terms.

3. Free to play, no real money

mGames is free. All games, including card games such as Teen Patti, Rummy and Poker, are played for fun only. There are no real-money stakes, cash prizes or withdrawals, and nothing in mGames has monetary value. You must not use mGames for gambling or betting of any kind.

4. Invites and unlocks

Some games can be unlocked by inviting friends. An invite counts when a new player joins through your link or code, once per new player and device. Unlocks are a feature of the app, not property; they can't be sold or transferred, and we may change how they work. Invites gained through fake accounts, emulators, reinstalls or other tricks don't count, and we may remove unlocks gained that way.

5. Play fair and be kind

When using mGames, you must not:

cheat, use bots or modified apps, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
harass, threaten, bully or impersonate others, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in names, answers, words or drawings;
interfere with our servers or other players' games, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
copy, reverse-engineer, resell or build a competing service from mGames, except where the law allows it.

Party games such as Truth or Dare are meant to be fun: never do anything unsafe, illegal or against someone's wishes because a game suggested it.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create in games (names, answers, drawings). You allow us to store and show it to the other players in your room and to run mGames. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Our content

mGames, its games, artwork, logo and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. Some artwork is used under open licences, credited in the app, including icons from game-icons.net (CC BY 3.0).

8. Third-party services

Sign-in and app distribution rely on Google and Apple, whose own terms also apply. We aren't responsible for their services.

9. Availability and changes

We are always improving mGames. We may add, change or remove games and features, and online play may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Offline and wifi play depend on your device and network.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using mGames at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other players or the service at risk.

11. Disclaimers

mGames is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Take breaks, and play in a safe place: some games involve movement or passing the phone around.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, progress or unlocks. Because mGames is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any consumer protections you have where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using mGames after that, the new terms apply.
