Delete your mGames account

mGames by Digiqulus Technologies

You can ask us to delete your mGames account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need to give a reason.

Delete it in the app

1. Open mGames and tap your avatar to open your Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted from our server straight away, and your progress is cleared from that phone.

Or ask us by email

1. Email mgames@digiqulus.com with the subject Delete my mGames account.
2. Send it from the email address you sign in with (Google, Play Games or Apple). If you used Apple's hidden email or play as a guest, include your player name shown on the Profile screen.
3. For email requests, we confirm by email once your account is deleted, usually within 7 days and never later than 30 days.

Guest accounts live on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes a guest account from your device; email us if you also want its records removed from our server.

What we delete

• Your account: account ID, display name, email address, profile photo link and sign-in records (including IP addresses).
• Your app activity and match history.
• Your invite code, invite records, game unlocks, and the install referrer and Android ID stored for invites.

What we keep, and for how long

• Backup copies are overwritten within a further 14 days after deletion.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, how many matches of a game were played) that no longer identify you.
• Records we must keep by law, only for as long as the law requires.
